BrandCom proposes to Johnson’s baby to reward brand loyalty and add value to the relationship with the consumer. Different contact stations were installed in areas of a large influx of people to teach mothers about care in pregnancy, breastfeeding, hygiene and baby care, massages, among other subjects, an average of 5 thousand people visited the stand in three days. Increased penetration and brand awareness could be immediately seen by the increase in demand for products for baby care.
